- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz semi-sweet or white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening (optional)
Instructions
- Combine coconut, condensed milk, vanilla, salt, and powdered sugar into a sticky dough.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and refrigerate for 30–45 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave (30-second intervals).
- Dip chilled balls into chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate. Enjoy!
