This No-Bake Chocolate Pudding Pie is a simple and indulgent dessert that doesn’t require any baking. It features a creamy chocolate filling layered in a graham cracker crust.

- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup whipped cream (for topping)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt over medium heat.
- Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and begins to boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chocolate chips until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate pudding mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, try adding a layer of peanut butter or crushed Oreos on top of the pudding before chilling.
- This pie can be made one day in advance for convenience.
