Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shallots and sauté until translucent.
- Add mushrooms and thyme, cooking until mushrooms are tender.
- Spread herbed goat cheese evenly over the flatbread.
- Top with the sautéed mushrooms and shallots.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the edges are crispy.
