- 1 cup pizza dough
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, cooked bacon, bell peppers, mushrooms, and Italian seasoning.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small circles to fit into a muffin tin.
- Press the dough circles into the muffin tin and fill each with the mixture.
- Top with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
