Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza dough
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, cooked bacon, bell peppers, mushrooms, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small circles to fit into a muffin tin.
  5. Press the dough circles into the muffin tin and fill each with the mixture.
  6. Top with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
