- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 jar salsa
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and heat through.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crumbled turkey bacon, chicken ham, black beans, corn, salsa, cream cheese, and cooked rice. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
