Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and heat through.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crumbled turkey bacon, chicken ham, black beans, corn, salsa, cream cheese, and cooked rice. Mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
