- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons taco seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the chicken breasts. Cook until browned on both sides.
- In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and transfer the skillet to the oven.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
