Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
- In a bowl, beat eggs and mix in cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Add chopped spinach and feta cheese to the egg mixture and stir.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing.
