Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat eggs and mix in cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Add chopped spinach and feta cheese to the egg mixture and stir.
