- 1 pound pasta of choice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped cabbage and sauté until wilted.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for an additional minute.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- In the pot with the cabbage, stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese, mixing until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
