Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and turkey bacon.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
