Description

This Maple Sriracha Roasted Cauliflower is a quick and flavorful side dish made with simple pantry staples. It’s sweet, spicy, perfectly roasted, and ideal for vegan or gluten-free meals.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 12 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or green onions, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cauliflower florets and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread florets on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with cilantro or green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Use tamari to make it gluten-free.
  • For a glossy finish, add sauce after roasting.
  • Reheat leftovers in oven or air fryer for best texture.
