Description

A flavorful twist on stuffed chicken, combining spicy habanero and sweet mango, topped with a zesty lime cream sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 habanero pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the diced mango, habanero pepper, cream cheese, lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the mango mixture.
  4. Place stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a milder dish, use less habanero or substitute with a milder pepper.
  • This recipe can also be grilled for added flavor.
