- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 8 oz turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cauliflower, riced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, turkey bacon, riced cauliflower, and cheddar cheese.
- In another bowl, mix sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sour cream mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
