Description

Indulge in delicious lobster stuffed pasta shells smothered in a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the lobster mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it simmers. Pour the cream over the stuffed shells.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, you can substitute the heavy cream with half and half.
  • Feel free to add more seafood or vegetables for extra flavor.
