- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the lobster mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it simmers. Pour the cream over the stuffed shells.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can substitute the heavy cream with half and half.
- Feel free to add more seafood or vegetables for extra flavor.
