- 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
- Sprinkle half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, milk, garlic, salt, and pepper, then pour half over the layers.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients and top with cheddar cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with chives before serving.
