Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the potatoes.
  4. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, milk, garlic, salt, and pepper, then pour half over the layers.
  5. Repeat with remaining ingredients and top with cheddar cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chives before serving.
