Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add mixed bell peppers, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, sautéing until they are tender.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir everything to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve warm.
