Ingredients

12 oz rotini pasta

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 clove garlic, minced

1 packet ranch seasoning (1 oz)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken or mushroom soup

1/2 cup sour cream
-
1 cup sweet corn (frozen or canned, drained)

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Salt & pepper to taste

Chopped parsley or green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 dish.

Cook rotini to al dente; drain and set aside.

In a skillet, brown beef and onion. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Drain fat.

In a large bowl, mix ranch, soup, sour cream, corn, 1 cup cheese, pasta, and beef.

Spread into dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.

Rest 5–10 mins. Garnish if desired. Serve hot.
