This Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cup is the ultimate indulgent treat that combines rich brownies and creamy cheesecake in a single delightful serving.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cheesecake)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare muffin tins with cupcake liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Scoop brownie batter into each cupcake liner, filling them halfway.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Add a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie batter in each cup.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the cheesecake layer.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set, then let cool.

Notes

  • Make sure to not overmix the brownie batter.
