- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form a crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool.
- In another bowl, combine the lemonade concentrate, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon zest.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the lemonade mixture.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
