Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form a crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool.
  5. In another bowl, combine the lemonade concentrate, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon zest.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the lemonade mixture.
