A delightful dessert that combines the sweet and salty flavors of lemon, cream, and pretzels.

- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 package lemon gelatin
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups lemon yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
- In another bowl, dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water, then add cold water. Stir in lemon yogurt.
- Pour the gelatin mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Notes
- For a stronger lemon flavor, use fresh lemon juice instead of water in the gelatin.
- Ensure the crust is completely cooled before adding the cream cheese layer to prevent melting.
