Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) lemon pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping and spread over the crust.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the lemon pudding mix, milk, and lemon juice until thickened. Pour over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
