- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) lemon pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping and spread over the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the lemon pudding mix, milk, and lemon juice until thickened. Pour over the cream cheese layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding lemon zest to the pudding mix.
- Make sure the crust is fully cooled before adding layers on top.
