- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine diced chicken with lemon pepper seasoning and olive oil. Stir to coat evenly.
