Description

A delightful twist on traditional lasagna, these Lasagna Cupcakes are perfect for any gathering. Made with turkey bacon and chicken ham, they are a crowd-pleaser!


Ingredients

  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey with Italian seasoning until browned.
  3. In a muffin tin, layer wonton wrappers, followed by ricotta cheese, turkey mixture, marinara sauce, and mozzarella.
  4. Repeat the layers until the muffin cups are filled.
  5. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
