- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey with Italian seasoning until browned.
- In a muffin tin, layer wonton wrappers, followed by ricotta cheese, turkey mixture, marinara sauce, and mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers until the muffin cups are filled.
- Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
