Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine zucchini noodles, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
  3. Add cooked turkey bacon to the salad.
