- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
- In the same skillet, add spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cooked bacon, and spinach.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the mixture.
- Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Place stuffed chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
