  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 8 oz lump crab meat, drained and picked over for shells
  • 2 green onions, sliced (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Crackers or toasted baguette slices, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice.
  4. Gently fold in crab meat and green onions (if using).
  5. Transfer mixture to an 8×8-inch baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm with crackers or bread.
