These Jalapeño Popper Deviled Eggs are a delicious twist on the classic recipe, combining creamy goodness with a kick of spice and the added crunch of turkey bacon.

- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 jalapeños, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped jalapeños, cream cheese, garlic powder, crumbled turkey bacon, cilantro, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Using a piping bag or a spoon, fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with additional jalapeño slices or bacon if desired before serving.
Notes
- These deviled eggs can be made a day in advance for an easy appetizer.
