Description
A delicious jalapeño coleslaw that adds a spicy kick to your barbecue feast.
Ingredients

- 1 small head green cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 jalapeños, finely chopped
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, jalapeños, carrots, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a milder version, remove the seeds from the jalapeños.
- Feel free to adjust the sugar to suit your taste.
