Ingredients

  • 10 jalapeños
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the jalapeños in half and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each filled jalapeño with a slice of turkey bacon.
  6. Roll in breadcrumbs and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
