- 10 jalapeños
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the jalapeños in half and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each filled jalapeño with a slice of turkey bacon.
- Roll in breadcrumbs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For more heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
- Can substitute regular bacon if desired.
