Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the diced potatoes, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and kale, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
