- 1 cup whole wheat pasta

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the carrots and celery, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and diced tomatoes, then add the oregano and basil. Bring to a boil.
- Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
