Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing


Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove from the skillet and chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, black olives, and feta cheese.
  4. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
