- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef on medium heat until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take a cooked lasagna noodle and spread some ricotta cheese on top, followed by a few meatballs. Roll the noodle up tightly.
- Place the roll-up seam side down in the baking dish. Repeat with the remaining noodles.
- Pour remaining marinara sauce over the top of the roll-ups. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
