Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef on medium heat until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Take a cooked lasagna noodle and spread some ricotta cheese on top, followed by a few meatballs. Roll the noodle up tightly.
  6. Place the roll-up seam side down in the baking dish. Repeat with the remaining noodles.
  7. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the top of the roll-ups. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
