Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, basil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until all the ingredients are well mixed.
- Add Parmesan and balsamic vinegar or lemon juice if using, then stir again.
