- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 4 pounds chicken or ham
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth.
- Place the chicken or ham in a roasting pan and brush the glaze generously over the meat.
