Description

This Irresistible Caramel Swirl Cheesecake combines creamy cheesecake with a luscious caramel swirl for a dessert that is hard to resist.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup caramel sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until fully incorporated.
  7. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust.
  8. Drizzle caramel sauce over the batter and swirl with a knife.
  9. Pour the remaining batter on top and repeat the caramel drizzle and swirl process.
  10. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  11. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, let the cheesecake sit overnight before serving.
  • Top with extra caramel sauce and whipped cream before serving.
