  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup chopped pecans


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.

  4. Shape the mixture into small potato shapes and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
