- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add in the powdered sugar until well combined.
- Fold in the shredded coconut and ground cinnamon.
- Shape the mixture into small potato shapes and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Once firm, roll half of the candies in cocoa powder and the other half in chopped pecans for garnish.
- Serve or store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
