- 2 cups finely shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup finely shredded carrots
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, pineapple, and cilantro.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey, Sriracha, rice vinegar, lime juice, and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
