Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the ricotta cheese, cranberry sauce, honey, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the dish and pour the sauce over them.
