- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup with the sliced mushrooms, then pour it over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
