Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup with the sliced mushrooms, then pour it over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
