  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork until browned.
  2. Add the cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger, stirring until vegetables are soft.
  3. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper and roll tightly, sealing the edges with water.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
