- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the olive oil and water, mixing until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Add mozzarella, ricotta, and a spoonful of pizza sauce to each circle.
- Fold the circles and seal the edges.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
