Ingredients

  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

  • 1 package wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
  2. Place a teaspoon of the filling into the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle and seal the edges with a little water.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
