- 1 cup imitation crab meat, chopped
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 package wonton wrappers

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
- Place a teaspoon of the filling into the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle and seal the edges with a little water.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of seasoning salt to the filling.
