Ingredients
- Dough: 2¾ cups all-purpose flour, ¼ cup granulated sugar, 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, 1 large egg, ½ cup water, ¼ cup milk, 1 tsp. salt
- Filling: ⅔ cup brown sugar, ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened, 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon, 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Glaze: 1½ cups powdered sugar, ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 2-3 tbsp. milk
Instructions
- Mix water and milk; heat slightly. Combine with egg, butter, and dry ingredients to form the dough.
- Knead on a floured surface until smooth. Let rest.
- Roll out dough, apply filling, and roll up. Cut into slices.
- Place slices in a greased baking dish. Let sit for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes. Cool slightly and apply glaze.
