Ingredients

- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 pound potatoes, diced
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in the crockpot until crisp. Remove and crumble.
- Add potatoes, onion, garlic, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning to the pot.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in kale and heavy cream about 30 minutes before serving.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add crumbled turkey bacon before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider using smoked turkey bacon.
- Adjust the amount of kale according to preference.
