Description

A delicious and hearty dish combining ham, broccoli, spinach, cheddar, and turkey bacon in a frittata.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • ½ cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the cooked ham, broccoli, spinach, and turkey bacon, sautéing for about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables and meats, stirring gently to combine.
  5. Sprinkle the cheddar and pepper jack cheeses on top.
  6. Cook for about 5 minutes, without stirring, until the edges start to set.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the center is fully set.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a little extra flavor, you can add some diced onions or bell peppers while sautéing the other ingredients.
