- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano. Marinate for 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Skewer chicken or place directly on grill. Cook 3–4 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Mix mayo, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, and mustard in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Arrange grilled chicken on a platter and serve with sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
- For spicier chicken, add cayenne to the marinade.
- Greek yogurt makes the sauce lighter.
- Thighs yield juicier bites, but breasts work well for leaner versions.
