- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green chiles
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cheese, green chiles, green onions, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Serve with Green Chile Sour Cream.
Notes
- Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or fewer green chiles.
