Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound orzo pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup pitted olives, sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
  6. In the same skillet, add the cherry tomatoes and olives, cooking until the tomatoes are slightly softened.
  7. Add the cooked orzo to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  8. Top the mixture with sliced chicken and sprinkle with feta cheese and parsley.
  9. Serve warm.
