- 2 medium apples, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced apples, brown sugar, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until apples are caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
- Place the Brie cheese in a baking dish. Pour the caramelized apples on top, drizzling with honey and lemon juice.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is warm and gooey.
