- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare your workstation with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with paprika.
- Season the chicken ham with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Coat each piece of chicken ham in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the schnitzels in batches until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
